At age 10 the Moore Family moved to North Allegheny School District in Wexford, Pennsylvania. He graduated from North Allegheny in 1995 and moved west to compete for John Smith and Oklahoma State University. Teague started for the Cowboys in the Fall of 1995 and wrestled his four years straight of college ending in March of 1999. He finished his studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. After graduation Teague took an assistant Coaching position at the University of Pittsburgh where he lived at the time of his marriage to Mary Alice (Corley) Moore of Catoosa, Oklahoma. In the fall of 2001 Teague and Mary moved back to Oklahoma so that Teague could train under Joe Seay at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. After a year of training at OU, Teague took an assistant coaching position under Head coach Jack Spates. In the fall of 2003, Teague and Mary moved back to Stillwater, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University so that he could train for the 2004 Olympic Games while working in the Athletic Department at OSU. Although Teague did not make the 2004 Olympic Team he did once again finish 3rd at the Olympic Trials and remains as one of America's top Olympic freestyle wrestlers. In August of 2004 Teague and Mary moved to Boston, Massachusetts to take a position with Alan Meltzer of The Meltzer Group. Teague currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts while training Max Meltzer for his return to Harvard University. Teague also trains to compete in the Real Pro Wrestling League while in Cambridge.

In February of 2005 Teague and Mary were blessed with Talen Josephina Moore. Mary came up with Talen's name as a combination of Teague's first and middle name. Galen in Greek meaning healer while Teague is Gaelic for poet. 1996 Teague and Mary had just met as Mr. Moore, Teague's father, passed away. Mary wanted to use his middle name as Talen's middle name which was Joseph, named for St. Joseph, family leader and patron saint of workers and protector of virgins. Talen Josephina Moore has brought more joy to the Moore household then Teague and Mary could have ever imagined!
